Vintage Original King 500 German Beer Stein DBGM Pewter Lid Tavern & Alpine Scene

A charming vintage German beer stein by 'Original King', model number 500, complete with a DBGM marked pewter lid.

This collectible stein features a ceramic body with a cobalt blue background and raised sgraffito-style relief decoration. One side depicts an alpine chalet, while the other shows a traditional tavern scene with a couple. The pewter lid is embossed and has a pointed finial, marked 'DBGM' (German Federal Registered Design) on the underside, indicating a post-WWII West German origin.

Condition: Good vintage condition. The ceramic body has no obvious chips or cracks. The pewter lid shows age-related patina and minor wear consistent with its age; hinge is intact.
