Vintage Lee & Wigfull EPNS & Cut Glass Compote Dish - Grapevine

An elegant vintage pedestal compote or sweetmeat dish by renowned Sheffield makers, Lee & Wigfull. This beautiful piece features a sparkling cut glass (crystal or high-quality glass) bowl with classic diamond and star patterns. It is mounted on an ornate Electro-Plated Nickel Silver (EPNS) pedestal base, richly decorated with an embossed band of grapes, vine leaves, and classical Bacchic mask motifs.

Marked on the underside "L&W" (for Lee & Wigfull), "EPNS," and "MADE IN ENGLAND."

Condition: The glass bowl appears in good condition with no obvious major chips or cracks. The EPNS base is tarnished (would benefit from polishing) and may show some minor wear to the plating consistent with its age. The embossed details are crisp and clear. Please see photos.
