Art Nouveau Ceramic Jardiniere - Pêche/Charenton Style Mask & Grapes

A beautiful example of Art Nouveau pottery. This sage green ceramic jardiniere or cachepot features exquisite high-relief white decoration of a classical female mask in profile, surrounded by trailing grapevines and fruit. It includes two small loop handles.

The style, motifs, and pâte-sur-pâte-like technique are strongly indicative of work by renowned French artist Alexandre Mathurin Pêche for Ceramique de Charenton (early 20th Century).

Condition: Appears to be in very good vintage condition based on the images, with no visible chips, cracks, or restoration to the exterior. The matte green glaze and white relief decoration are well-preserved. An impressed mark (possibly "65") is present on the base.
