This rectangular tray features an elegant scroll or gadrooned edge, characteristic of quality early 20th-century design. Marked on the base "THE ALEXR. CLARK & CO LTD MANUFACTURING GOLDSMITHS & SILVERSMITHS FENCHURCH ST LONDON E.C." along with the registration/pattern number "R S 472323".
